Digital X-Rays
As highly trained and qualified as Dr. Tolliver is, he wouldn’t be able to catch certain problems without digital X-rays, which capture images of your oral structures below the gum line. These images also enable him to inspect areas between teeth, ensuring that we treat issues before they develop into big, painful problems later on. Beyond that, our digital technology for X-rays involves less radiation exposure, no use of harsh chemicals, and immediate review of the images, giving you more peace of mind.
Soft Tissue Laser Dentistry
Your teeth aren’t the only determining factor in a healthy smile. Your gums and other soft tissues need to be healthy and appealing as well. To treat infected gum tissue or recontour the shape of the gums, we can use our Picasso Diode Laser. This device can perform procedures that traditionally have included incisions and sutures, but with our soft tissue laser, you will likely have little to no pain or bleeding at all!
iTero Digital Scanner
Thanks to our iTero scanner, we never have to ask our patients to bite into a mold filled with messy, odd-tasting dental putty to take an impression. Instead, we can scan the mouth and quickly generate a highly detailed digital model of the teeth and bite in a matter of minutes, all while the patient basically feels nothing. We can then use this image to design restorations or plot out someone’s Invisalign treatment, leading to comfortable, predictable results that are perfectly suited to each individual.
